Homemade Chocolate ice cream made the 'Good old fashioned way' with homemade chocolate brownie cut up into chunks and added to the chocolate ice cream.
This ice cream is seriously moorish and is also one of our 'Fan Favourites'.
Best eaten out of the tub, and preferably on your own. I mean who wants to share it anyway.....
Making The Most Of Milk
Ingredients: Milk, cream, sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin, Butter (Milk), salt, Eggs, Milk fat, Milk solids non-fat, Firming agent: calcium chloride, emulsifier:lecithins (soya), vanilla extract, cocoa powder,acidity regulator: potassium carbonates For allergens see ingredients in Bold

I am a fan of Ginge & Co Ice Cream, but i am slightly bias as its my husband (ginge) that makes it. I usually have Vanilla as this is my absolute favourite, but recently at our local carnival i chose Chocolate Brownie in a cone and WOW, i forgot how good that flavour tasted, no wonder it is one of their best sellers. the homemade brownie was soft and slight chewy and the ice cream was so creamy and the chocolate taste was delicious, i nearly went back for seconds! P.s. the picture is of me in my Podiatry Clinic, it was a normal work day for me.
